KFAW held a presentation meeting for each country reporter who
participated in the 10th JICA Seminar on Women in Environment and
Development. KFAW provided the seminar where environmental issues of
each country were exchanged from gender perspectives and considered
together with citizens.
During the meeting, citizens participated and JICA participants positively exchange their opinions and all concerned persons including participants were highly satisfied with the meeting. Many citizens said that they could perceive issues on the environment, development, and gender of each country by hearing first-hand information directly from JICA participants. In addition, the exhibition of panels elaborated by JICA participants of each country could be useful in deepening mutual understanding between JICA participants and participating citizens.
